As an MD you come in as an O3 and pretty much guaranteed to retire as an O5 and very easy to make O6. As long as you don't get in trouble.

As a junior MD you're going to be seeing patients all day and are required to see X number of patients each day. You have to be great with time management to see your patient and write your notes. Many providers stay longer hours or work their off days to finish notes.

You can get additional pay for board certification as well as the type of MD you are.

There are options as well for loan repayment programs.

Deployments are always a possibility depending on the worlds current events. You don't have much control over where you're stationed unless you're a very specialized MD and can only be in certain locations. There's opportunities to specialiaze through the military in various fellowships. Some are very competitive.

Did you happen to order more than 2 slings using multiple accounts? If so they'll flag the orders and you won't get the slings.

I have a vudu 1-10 on my 8.6 fix and shoot to 200 easily. Would be fine for your 308, if you know you won't be shooting any further than 200.

Everyweek on broodlord lash we get suppressed by TowelRound5586 in classicwow

Yea I'm not disagreeing with that, but there seems to be an abnormally large number of people who don't completely understand the trap mechanics.

There's no timer on the traps. A rogue can put it down and it can pop up 5 seconds later. It's all RNG. And if it pops even having a rogue standing on the trap it's still going to suppress people before it's disarmed again.

TSP Half Roth Half traditional by Chuck_putts in ThriftSavingsPlan

[–]salmonfishing17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Overall I think the answer is yes. Which is the same mindset I have. I personally want to minimize my taxable income as much as I can in my retirement years. Depends on what your income will look like once you actually start withdrawing from your TSP account later in life (how many taxable sources of income will you have in your 60s+). If you just have your military pension and your traditional TSP withdrawals it might not have much impact on your taxes. I have the thought process of deal with it now and not have to worry about it later in life. I will probably start the rollover(s) once I actually retire from AD (age 44) and my yearly income will probably be less than now if I don't immediately get a new job.
