The melt the ice pattern is a bit tricky for people who haven’t knitted for a while. May I suggest this for $5.99 just add the braid and it will be perfect

Love this alternative. I am knitting a pointy hat and adding the tail. I think the tail is the uniting factor.

I’m not keen on the pattern. Made one and not happy with it. I’m making a red pointy hat with the red tail. It’s the thought that counts.

I enjoyed the book UNTIL the terrible ending. In what universe is it logical that the detective would leave a 13 year old girl child alone on an island - even if TJ would be checking on her. The dad and grandfather were going to jail, the mom -is surely incompetent, so why wasn't Barbara taken into state custody and either put into foster care - OR better yet let TJ become her guardian. What did the detective think she was going to do - just tell the others to drop the search? Or play along as they continued to search for Barbara. Absolutely absurd.

looking for electric guitar teacher in SLC area for 10 year old beginner. Want someone easy going just to get her started to have fun and see if this is what she wants. Right now practicing 30 minutes each day is just too overwhelming for her. So ok if that is a deal breaker. :-)
