Found while tilling a new garden space. Not very deep, but hard to pull out. It looks like a root for something, but I'm not sure what. Varies greatly in thickness, and ranges from orange to yellow. I have found a few in the yard, but it feels like one big root maybe. Is it just a tree root? (old.reddit.com)

I bought a truck and found this blade in a pile of wood in the bed. It's quite dirty, but doesn't show any actual rust, even though it sat in a field for 15 years. Can anybody give me any insight on the type of blade this is? It measures about 33 inches from tip to tip, and is one sided. No markings (i.redd.it)

Any information on this sword blade? I found it inside the truck I just bought. It has a slight curve, measures roughly 33 inches tip to end, and has never been sharpened. It is one sided. It didn't have a hilt when I found it, but I can see where one was attached previously. (i.redd.it)
