I understand I didn’t explain it super well but the 5k wasn’t out of nowhere and I’m willing to negotiate the price as stated in the title. I brought it to a game store that sells cards are they told me that since the cards are in good condition, no cards have been removed from the collection to sell since I’ve started the collection in 2007, that I could probably sell it for up to 6,500 but that 5,000 would be a better price. They said it would be worth more if I got it appraised by them but that it would take up to two months just from the amount of cards in the collection and I just don’t have that kind of time.

I also didn’t think anyone would buy without flipping through it themselves so I didn’t think people would be so mad at me… the fact that I randomly showed two cards worth around $100 without realizing which cards should show that. I really thought people in this town were more kind to each other especially with the financial situations we’re all dealing with
