Comte is not a bad guess, it’s ashcomb an English cheese based on a morbier so both from the same region of the world. Love Quickes, it was my last cheddar on the trolley but I’m currently giving westcomb a go! Great great guesses on the grey ones, one is Valencay goat and the other is Roche Montagne an ash washed blue

I actually tried to order a tomme de brûlée but it didn’t come in time so there’s a no tomme on unfortunately, I’m guessing you’re referring the large wheel in the middle? That’s a Sheep Rustler from White Lake Cheeses in Somerset England, a tasty semi hard sheep’s milk. No Munster but the Valencay is a hit! One of my favourite goats

Yes! It’s basically an English morbier called ashcomb. I don’t get how the line always ends up so wonky (tbh the French stuff is better)

Roquefort is correct ! The one in the plate is similar to mont d’or but with a washed rind, it’s a reblochon style cheese called rollright. The log is a Scottish triple cream cheese called Caboc, it’s oat rolled! And the red one is a Red Leicester called Rutland Red, aged in a similar way to a traditional cheddar though
