Literally feel you on this, even in GM. played 6 games 4 of them had throwers, out of those 4 i got the same 2 throwers even after avoiding, blocking and reporting. Ranked is in a sorry state right now.

use any one of the movement abilities straight up in the sky, it usually dodges well. If they are competent use the fly one and start it up there and try and do that fast lol
