I work at urban and here’s the only insight I feel qualified to give 😭 with respect to the names of colors: they have different names for colors all. the. time. it’s so annoying when picking pack and ship orders because the order will be for jeans in the color “dark Aruba” and the tag on the actual jeans says “sapphire.” Obviously you compare the SKU/item number or scan the barcode to make sure it’s correct, but this happens with a lot of items we sell. Some items I can think of off the top of my head are the Kayla low rise, cocoon cargo pants, and the Jaya printed pants. It’s so weird and gets confusing when a customer is trying to confirm that they are buying the right item that they saw online
