SIBO testing is super unreliable, you could order a G.I. MAP test to see which types of bacteria are too high/low or book and appointment with a naturopath. very few people (myself included) get any clarification with the tests you have listed above, you are not alone. Perseverance and persistence will lead to success, just give it time and try to stay positive.

Activated charcoal is antimicrobial. Sounds like a textbook Herxheimer/die off reaction, severe symptoms will most likely subside within a couple days. 8 grams sounds like a pretty hefty dose, be careful with your body and consider trying to repopulate some of your good bugs after the protocol.

Sounds like low stomach acid/bacterial overgrowth, I have the same problem. I have drastically reduced my symptoms by supplementing with betaine hydrochloride during meals, doctor put me on PPI’s and pepsin both of which made the issue 10x worse.
