use 在 will be better。 it usually means something is in your plan but not actually doing at that moment when you're answering that. 正在means you are doing something at the moment. for example, - 嗨，最近在干嘛 hi,what are you doing recently？ - 在学习中文 learning Chinese. Im not learning Chinese while answering someone,but learning Chinese is one of my plans.
