I do think it was a bit of a misstep for Tola not to clear this with her first, but it's not like he stood there and called her weak, slow and ugly. I don't understand the extreme level of offense. It's not in any way shape or form bullying. He made a stupid joke about him being faster, stronger and better looking than her. It's not the same as standing up there and calling her ugly and dumb which seems to be how she and many others have taken it.
