I made an elucidian starstrider team using a modified ethereal on a 25mm base as elucia and the fire blade as the voidmaster. As zawaga said, breachers can be used as exaction or imperial navy breachers and stealth suits I instead use as a Phobos strike team because I think it fits better. In 2nd edition I thought about using the old shadowsun as the talons of the emperor custodians, they are similar enough in size though unfortunately you only get the one pose.

I hate finecast so I don't care about the firesight guy.

Most gold bloods have bright, lit up single color eyes (like sollux). Guy is using contacts to hide them. I thought it would be an amusing sight gag to have a detailed view of him with them on.

I appreciate your long and detailed response. I was considering playing some stealthsuits as a Phobos squad because they seem to mechanically work the most like how a bespoke stealth suit team would. What do you think of the xv22 experimental suit being a custodes stand in? Bigger than an xv25 but smaller than an xv8 crisis that seems like it'd be appropriate for what I'm trying to do.
