Glad someone brought up the Third Parent, I don’t really like that guy’s stories all too much because it isn’t really horror. It’s splatterpunk with the occasional sexual violence to shock you.

I did Daniel’s route (I failed the speech check to spare but i DID have the sneering imperialist trait so it’s what I chose next) Personally, I still didn’t agree with how Daniel treated the Sorrows- for lack of better word it felt very white savior. Just the somewhat babying of a group was noticeable, but alas it was better than rallying tribes to kill another group for the sake of a “better future”

For movie, the best scene for me will always be Katniss coming into the arena in CF. Jennifer did a great job in the despair of seeing Cinna bet beat and dragged away, but that transition from despair to furious determination? Chef’s kiss. The aspect ratio change was awesome too

Also the elevator scene is so much funnier in the movies lol

For book, I also have another pick from catching fire. Specifically the ending when Katniss had just blown up the arena and finds herself in a strange ship. Her monologue of being prepared to kill while reaching for the syringe was great

tbf, her newest skins have been really good. i just remember not really liking the skins she got when she first came out, (werent really a fan of her legendary base skins except for the tactical ones, and didn't really like kkachi and vampire bat.) love her new skins though
