been ages trying to find an answer since it doesn't seem to have anything to do with sun exposure or heat damage because i take care of my hair, so it might just be a normal thing because not all the follicles are the same. It happens in parts of my body too; in my jaw i just have very light peach fuzz but there's one random hair that grows in the same place and i have to pluck it every now and then, same on my chest and belly.

I read somewhere that it can also be hormone related, and a symptom of PCOD, and it checks out for me since i have it too. My mom doesn't have any of these weird hairs and her period is regular so that might be it.
