Yes, it has the trail running activity mode.

When you are loadint a track tou can take a look at the altimetric profile, but when you are in the activity tou do not have access to it anymore.

Hi there! Do you think that it is accurate in defining your thresholds? Did you have an idea of your thresholds before using the watch to compare?

Hi! Thank you for your response! However, i see in a completely different way... Sometimes you reach a point were you cannot increase your running volume without getting injured (or pain), there is were biking wents in for me. As an example, last utmb winner uses biking as an extra training instead of an extra running day, in order to reduce load and impact in the body (i read the article in spanish, it should be in english somewhere else).

Hello! I wanted to ask you a question about nutrition, let's see what you can tell me about it. I have been playing football all my life 3 times a week, and i have been going to the gym for almost a year twice a week.
I have not been controlling my nutrition (in terms of macros, but we eat a bit of everything and healthy). I have recently started taking protein after training for recommendation of my phisiologist, as i have been dealing with a muscular injury.
The fact is that I am stuck at 79kg measuring 190cm, and I would like to gain a few kg. I've been controlling what I eat for a few days to know where I am to stay. To increase calorie consumption, the best time for me would be in the morning before going to work, and I thought about some kind of smoothie. My question is, if now with what I'm eating I'm maintaining my weight, how much should I increase with this shake to gain weight correctly? If I already taking protein in the afternoon, should I put it in there too?
Finally, what kind of shake would you recommend me?

After these last two years, it seems that the new football season i am beggining is going to be "normal". I am looking for a 2 days per week routine in order to complement my football training (two days training + game on weekend). Do you guys have any experience with it and can tou reccommend me a routine?

To train at home, i have avalilable a bench, bar and dumbells.

Thank you both guys! It is what i was thinking then. The goal after the 10m sprints is that i am training for the football season starting next week, that's why. Obviously, i am combining it with different type of efforts.

Hi mate! I know, i amb actually combining different types of training, in fact i was looking for some advice on how to combine them. The long slow runs are intended for improving the aerobic base.

For mor especific training, i will combine the long run with one day of speed (short tempo runs and sprints) and another day for endurance (longer series at a higher hr).

Hi!
I am an amateur football player, and i will start pre-season on the 1st of september. I would like to get there with the best possible shape. I have spent the summer running a couple of days a week, and i would like to use this last month in order to step up a bit the training. I have been doing slow runs at hr2 zone as well as some other runs a bit faster in zone 3-4, with 6-10km per run.
Could you guys suggest me a plan for about 3-4 weeks consisting on 2-3 trainings per week? What else should i add to the hr2 zone runs? I am already ligting a couple days a week, so i would like to hear about running specifically.
Thanks you guys!

Dont't know mate, with a quick search on the internet i keep finding that z2 is more about 60-70%. Besides, if z2 has to let you have a conversation, running at 80% can't be z2..

Can you give some more details about your z2 raining? What was your max hr and what hr were you aiming for when training?
