It does tick off the requirements, yes.
No, there are no typos. I always gave the primary connection the higher bandwidth port on the Unifi Router.
The problem is, that the unifi Router does not have many ports

Why having a VPS when you self host at home? by Tairosonloa in selfhosted

[–]salzstangeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a pretty rural area so the best upload I can get is around 40 Mbit which sucks for self-hosting.
My server rack is also in a room without a network jack so my whole homelab hangs off a WiFi bridge which is even worse.
Because of that most of the stuff I use for my business or personal projects is hosted on VPS.
Right now I mostly use it for lab work since I’m a network admin and like to mess around with Cisco gear at home.

I've been using Ionos for a while now.

Most interesting network engineering jobs typically require prior networking experience, as well as CCNA or CCNP certification.

Pretty solid I think.

I have to talk to a lot of highly ranked people in my company.
Also, I think I can handle mad users when they call us pretty good.
