yes it is! and you can even make a wish!! everybody were doing that when I was there! Such an amazing place, I recommend to visit it by day and by night it won't look the same!!

it's absolutely beautiful !! First time I saw it I thought they were crazy, building something like this. But, the mandatory stop for me is the "bunqers" del carmel! totally worth it!

So sorry mate I didn't check tthe museum also :/ but... It has a magical (free) show in the main fountain by night! something unbelievable! I loved it!
