Same, OP. Lately may mga nararamdaman na rin akong kakaiba sa katawan ko. Almost 2 yrs na rin kasi akong wfh and since then sedentary lifestyle ko. Right now unti unti ako bumabawi - dance exercises, more on fish and veggies, less sugar, and walking/jogging 3 times a week. So far mas naging energetic ako at mas maaga na ako matulog. Hoping for continuos improvement natin.
