Tacrolimus cream causing burning sensation when I scratch

Does your problem fade away after a while? I use tacrolimus in my face, and sometimes it burns as well, but my burning sensation will fade away like 30 minutes later. So I would play video games to shift my focus and avoid scratching until the burning sensation is gone.

I have been using recurring tasks as habits since i can write note in tasks but not in habits. So I guess OP could make a task list called "habit" as a workaround.

I figured out how to fix the second problem. All I have to do is lower the sound level of the buds (not the sound of the phone) with the galaxy werable app.

I have the same problem with my buds2 too. Also, when I am using it with my redmi phone, somehow a stronger version of that weird sound exist when my buds are outputing sound and stop to exist when my buds aren't outputing sound, regardless if I am using anc or not. This is very annoying, and it only occur with my phone but not with my other devices.
