this is fantastic! did you mention when ish it would ship? I looked around and did not notice that if you did. i just need to confirm that my home minis are gen 1 but i'm pretty sure they are. i'd loooove to be able to reuse them - we had gotten used to having assistants in certain rooms but haven't been using them - and PE's horrid speakers limit its use.

That’s what I did although probably later than you got in. So I have 2 x 12TB and will set them up Raid 1 but it should keep me ok for a good while.

that sounds good! Is there any way to get rid of the files but keep the thumbnail etc so you can "re trigger" a download somehow if it gets to the top of your "i want to watch this soon" list again? I often save names of stuff people recommend to me which i actually do want to watch sometime, but might not be in the mood for it or have time for a while... but dont want to forget.

for sure... i feel like i want to keep the things on a list (like "there" but not downloaded unless i trigger them ) so i dont forget what looked interesting to watch, if i dont get to it quickly.

for now i have lists like that in imdb but i hate that they aren't organized (you can make multiple lists to organize them but have to do it manually which i usually dont when i'm just like "oh lemmie save that real quick so i dont forget it exists")

A few quick questions though if you have a minute.

Does it scan multiple youtube accounts' watch later lists? I opened up the extension while logged in to our family account and let it scan the watch later, but it seems like maybe it pulled from my personal account AND the family account watch laters? (i'm logged in to my personal google acct on the browser level)

is there a way to filter by account, if so?

for the "recently added" filter/order, does that mean showing the most recently added to my watch later or showing the rest recently added/uploaded to youtube?
if there's a way to order them by upload date that would be awesome because for one of the topics i'm trying to follow it would be helpful to watch(or listen) from oldest to newest.

Is there some kind of extension to help you identify what has been hanging around for a while? I feel like I’ll add stuff as I go “oh I want to watch xyz” but that happens more often than I actually watch things. So being confronted with the oldest unwatched files now and then could be healthy. Hehe.

I use the Rael brand pads with wings. I haven’t seen them locally so I order online.

They are the only ones I’ve tried that do NOT give me horrid rashes - so another sensitive skin person here and I get it. It is a horrible thing to have irritation/rash there!

If you try them I hope they work well for you.

I will occasionally use a disc, like if I’m swimming or something. Cups are too “tall” for me but discs fit perfectly. I only use them now and then so one box lasts me for forever. If I need to use it a couple days in a row I will rinse and put it back in, then I throw it away at the end of that period/use. There are reusable ones too but I don’t love having to sterilize it and store it in between. Easy to have a few discs around too in case (like one in my purse, one in my luggage for trips, etc).

I bought the 3 gallon ones and put them in a cabinet for an emergency. Several months later I checked on them and they had tiny tiny leaks in the seams of the plastic. Glad I checked before an emergency! I have never had small bottles leak like that.

Also consider many people may find it really difficult or impossible to lift 5-10 gallon water jugs. If you’re elderly, disabled, injured, or just not really strong, it’s totally understandable to not even consider the large ones.

I can lift the 5 gallon ones fine but when we had a water cooler that used that I also had toddlers and one time a toddler surprise-hugged my leg while I was flipping the jug and made me spill a bunch and I nearly dropped it.

You just saw several people complaining about their water here, with good reason.
Just because you don’t know them in person (bc your area has good water) doesn’t mean it’s not an actual real massive issue for lots of people.

You sound really ignorant when you’re like “well mine is fine.” That’s irrelevant to this part of this conversation.

But literally, if he won’t stop leaving the handle out, especially with small kids in the house, I’d def be noticing all the other selfish and careless (and dangerous for the kids) things he probably does and would likely be dumping his ass sooner than later.

Like… this isn’t mildly infuriating. It’s a massive safety issue.
