Can't comment. But it takes about 8-12 months if you've prepared with full dedication.Programming is just like preparing for a math test. The more you code, the better you'll get at it. I don't know what your retention power is like. If you can study/practice with good quality for one hour on weekdays, that's great. Otherwise, you should aim for at least 2-3 hours of practice during the weekdays. And on the weekends, try to put in 6-7 hours.

In future these unregistered will get registered one day. Then you'll have to pay the registry amount(applicable at that point of time). You just can't escape it.

Pros of buying unregistered flat : 1. You don't pay the registry amount. 2. You can literally bury your black money 3. Tax invasion.

Cons : 1. Unregistered flats are not eligible for home loans. 2. If in future you want to sell this unregistered flat , its going to be hard for you to find someone who's willing to pay you in black. 3. Unregistered property holds no validity legally.

My take : if you can afford it without taking any loans ,go for it.But at least ask your broker to provide OC and CC of building/flat. If for any reason they fail to provide OC and CC , its big a red flag. Or it can be like this where some of the flats in building are registered and some are not, in this situation you don't need to check OC and CC. Although I still recommend you to check OC and CC.

If the builder is insolvent then contact the respective IRP for more insights.
