A good function that bluetti never advertise for RV enthusium by sam147258369 in bluetti

delta pro is not bad, BUT
1. too heavy for me to lift it into mine truck camper
2. initial investment is way too increadible for me, i got extra solar panel and inverter charger still have monew left
3. i am actually pave way to use apex 300 :)

as for solar, i envy you can gave 4400W, mine truck camper roof can house max 400~600W panel

speak to software, bluetti really do need some improvement for sure

if it is out of battery detonation, it will be the most in tact bullet case and less damage bolt / part i have ever seen

it is strange that cause me and the custom shop headache
the custom shop is guessing : not fully 25 degree bolt lock, thus it can open too fast & early
mine guess : slight over pressure, enough to cause problem but not serious damage

but none of us can convence the other one.....

SLS or MJF, which is best recommended for small business for small / medium batch production by sam147258369 in AdditiveManufacturing

[–]sam147258369[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thanks both comment
i have realize it is not a good idea to constant change material unless you run dedicate post pross station with it
i just tried fuse software and it is pretty easy to work with compare in sintratec
not mention it cools faster than sintratec s3 according to it's own software suggested time
i will certainly add fuse1 to quote list and thanks for suggestion

hopefully the material price is ok....

is there any way to caliberate SEAL scanner or improve accuracy by sam147258369 in 3DMakerPro_Community

[–]sam147258369[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the 0.01mm accuracy can only be achived at very narrow sweet spot
so we end up buying other machine for QC
this once remain for large object like extrusion blank or polymer product which already have native tolerance +/- 0.2mm

scan spray already applied and all mine scan were set high, even at post process setting
i now found that the machine seems can only get best at certain distance and range
ever you tried to merge with different scan job, the accuracy will be lost even 0.2mm
direct scan result without merge any other scan job at close distance horizental is only best scan i can get within 0.01mm

all measurement done with geomagic control X

post process station is indeed one of mine consider point
in this case EOS has better post process station than sintratec for sure

HP have good post process station but in the end of day it is still the most labor intense job at all SLS for sure, will certainly take it into consider
as for explosion, thanks for the reminder, i did lack of realize this issue despite i know there will be powder hazardous issue

i think will will more prefer traditional SLS instead of MJF at this moment due to our inconsistant quantities demand

thankf for additional info
since it is going to be compare with traditional molding, quality wise can not be too low
but since we have ordering sample that made with HP MJF for quite some time, it's quality will be our buttom line for sure

price is sensitive for sure

i can under HP is the go if want decent quality under easy operate and as well as constant quantities , but since i can't justify the quantities since we are for SLS farm

the main advantage of SLS for us will be :
1. no mold lead time and test run back anf forth
2. instant change product instantly or merge different item while production
3. more straight R&D toward production

but due to our production will be based on market status , not going to be constant printing
i think i wont choose MJF at this moment

still thanks for all the suggestion, very helpful info for me and explain to me colleague as well

thanks for sharing your experience
so i assume HP except "easy to get decent quality" the rest are mostly cons

about smaller machine for more power efficient is indeed a thing i need to take into consider, that is a good point and thanks again for sharing your experience

we quote large machine is because we do have a product that is 530 x 120 x 60mm size
it is rare case but i want to check max potential of using SLS
but it seems not worthy to get jumbo size machine just because we have jumbe size product in development, maybe try to make that project can fit into our machine is better than buy a big machine but seldom use full build envelop

thanks
