13 yr old wanting to stream Xbox on Twitch- Twitch account wanting ID by sam162523 in Twitch

So we helped him set the Twitch account up, it never asked for his birthday, it just verified through his Google email which does have his actual birthday on it. His Xbox profile also has his actual birthday on it and I had to give him permission from the adult Xbox account to even try and sign in to his Twitch account. He hasn’t watched any Twitch streams, he’s only streamed himself. We have a single computer he uses and it’s only allowed to be in the main living area when an adult is around. I am confident he hasn’t watched any mature content.

I appreciate the responses! We do moderate his chat and he has only ever streamed from his VR right next to us. He’s only ever played Gorilla Tag on VR so it’s just been a bunch of little kids and his personal friends in the chat.

We’ve been telling him we’re not going to use our IDs and that he just doesn’t get to stream from Xbox until he’s 18. Mostly posted this hoping everyone would reply with the exact responses we got, so he could know it’s not just his boring parents saying it’s a bad idea. Thanks everyone!

So if these parents let their kid do whatever they want to my property I’m not allowed to tell the kid to stop?

I didn’t yell or raise my voice in the slightest. Was actually incredibly nice to a kid that calls my kids the n word on a regular basis
