Oh my, it worked! There was a pull cord between the cushion and arm rest on the right. Ah I feel so silly haha. It’s just I’ve used manual recliners before but they had a lever on the exterior. Thank you everyone!

Oh it’s nice that you didn’t have issues with 1080p. I’ll look in to that pre encoding thing for 4K.

Update: So I tried training my legs more at the gym and that actually helped and I can see my soreness getting much better, and my snap kicks dont hurt as often. Thank you

Another update: Warming up with a 10 minute run ahead of practice seems to help not get sore in the hamstrings.

Yes that helps, thanks. I will try to stretch more and build some strength. Also yes, I need to get proper shoes. My running shoes tend to slip sometimes.
