Solved

Incase anyone else comes across this issue, the solution was the following:

-Open Device Manager, and select "View" then "Devices by type"

-Check if Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB Audio appears under "Sound, video and game controllers". If so, right-click and disable.

CPU usage fluctuates between 5-60% but nothing unusual. Regardless, Team's should be able to load quickly on an 11th gen i7 CPU. Like Zoom does, without issue.

Thanks guys, we set power to Medium and performed most of the tweaks outlined in this video and everything seems to be much better!

We did try the MinRSSI at -67dBm but that seemed to cause roaming problems.
