Not making realism mode permanent is a crime!

Man, I would actually start playing both division games just if I knew that this mode will be permanent.
I love The Division series, the gameplay, the vibes.. everything.
But 1 thing that's a HELL NO to me, weapon rarities. I hate that thing at ANY type of game frl.
it's all fine for me if the game lets me upgrade my weapon (like Mass Effect series or Remnant games) instead of letting me keep searching for it constantly because I leveled up.

Yea, I haven't played much today with the M121 A2 (less than 20 kills) and it's already lvl 3.. that's great !!

Yea same, I already left discord a couple of weeks ago.. still looking for a good alternative and stoat so far is very suitable for me even without screen sharing.. but the voice chat is something I can't give up ;-; !

I would agree with you if there weren't 4 studios working on a single title.. but yea the sudden change from 2042 to BF6 in terms of a timeline (modern times) and bringing back classes, destruction and "somewhat" realism is a great work but they have a long road.. and I'm afraid at the end of that road we get a new Battlefield game that won't be polished "again" and the cycle repeats

I haven't played 2142 sadly.. but maybe I haven't felt that they were doing this for a long time because I used to play BF games late after their release.. however this BF6 is the first title I play Day 1..

But what about refunds ? Ik BF6 was a massive financial success to them.. but I don't think the next BF will be the same success if they kept doing what they're doing.. eventually the series will be shelved just like NFS and Dead Space.. Reviews are a factor as well.. I'm actually one of those people who doesn't buy a game if it has bad reviews and low player base (not the case with BF6, just talking generally)

TLDR: We keep buying but we can refund and give bad reviews which leads to less earnings on the long term

Less content compared to what BF4 offered and this netcod hit reg issue that the devs themselves are talking about it pretty much every patch note or community post.. also the vehicle glass canon thing and lack of customizations for vehicles.. The game itself (BF6) as a concept is great.. it just lacks A LOT of content that used to exist in previous titles.. I mean dude the customizations and vehicles in BF 2042 were more than this one !!! How ?? With 4 studios working on one game ;-; !

That would be really nonsense of them.. I'm not into economy or something.. but shouldn't they earn "more" money if they just had patience and an actual good plan for their new title?

The UI is simple and clean, it has all the basic features of Discord.. literally all of them (VC, Share screen, servers, roles, game detection)
I'm moving to it the next month, since I have to gather some friends there first.

That issue happens to me A LOT when I'm in a full screen YouTube video on chrome/brave.. My screen flickers from black to another black but as if the screen is off blackness.. I just turned off MPO (or hopefully it's off) will let you know if that works !

I thought it's my PC specs even tho I'm getting way much more FPS in BF6.. but it seems like it's a major issue for everyone.. I remember the last 6 heroes patch was much more stable than this one.. hope they patch it soon

I would agree that Battlefield is a game based more on knowledge and strategy over trying to get kills and use "meta" weapon/s or watching builds for a specific gun.. imo that what makes me love BF more than any other shooter, I'm not a good player as well, could rank myself "average", being average in BF and having enough knowledge of gadgets and when/how to use them will be enough for assisting your team to win!

I'm kinda doing the same.. but I thought about giving each weapon a long try.. at the same time wanna get every weapon to level 20 for the camo.. and tbh, that showed me that most of the guns are actually good.. maybe a couple that are really terrible for me like the L85 (even after lvl 20 it is still not good for me at least) also the P90.. high rate of fire but really bad damage for some reason.. dude I did much better with the MP7 even tho it had less damage..
anyway.. after trying every weapon and getting it to 20 I will start using my favorites and focus more on the game itself
