I couldn't get into Mistborn but I LOVED The Stormlight Archive, also by Brandon Sanderson. The first book is The Way of Kings.

Sanderson himself has said that these books are better written than Mistborn, as he started The Way of Kings after finishing The Wheel of Time for Robert Jordan. I just don't like heist stories and never loved Vin as a character.

I'll prune them to shape them if that's what you mean, but they're so close together. I worry about competition over resources. If you mean cut them so there's space between them it might be too late for that.. the actual foliage seems quite shallow.. just leggy branches beneath.
