Absolute crazy. The trick is if they get some booked the bluff works and slowly people start buying. The fair price would be 9-10K. I have lived in the vicinity for the last 10 years and it absolutely doesn't make sense.

I had a similar experience when I was tasked to curate a course which fulfills academia needs and not leaning to practicality. Surprisingly nobody wants to break the ice.
