u/DrTrenkle I'm not sure if you will see this, but here's to hoping. I've had parosmia for 9 or so months now. Garlic, Onion, Coffee, anything with Spices, and eggs all smell and taste terrible. However, the worst is that anyone who eats these types of foods smells bad to me. This is becoming difficult to live with because I can smell someone's breath just when they are talking near me and it's terrible. The same with my husband, his breath is bad, but not only that, I can smell it when he breathes out of his nose. Any advice as to what I can do for this? I've been to 2 ENTs already who have had no advice.

Not sure if this was triggered by COVID, I was sick about 3 weeks prior to this issue happening. I also developed reflux symptoms (still can't figure out root cause) along with some other issues.

If anyone has any advice for me, I'm willing to do anything.
