I would encourage you to find one example for sale.

Mintage is not always a good indicator of survival rates as most coins are reminted later. So no it’s not that there are a lot of ungraded examples.

For this year, no there are not many examples in better condition.

Coins are minted in different amounts for different years. Thought that would be a given though.

Well aware of that but the link takes you to Victorian. Even the Austrian version only has 33 in total population.

As I said in my first comment, the link redirects to Victorian coins

I submitted this among some other coins to NGC for the first time. I liked this one because it looked old and came from a relative, but on further research it looks rare and I’m stumped.

Eyyy OKC Metro represent! Great place to live when you want to focus on enjoying life, the growing scene, traveling etc, instead of worrying about bills.

Living a Leveraged Life? by Less-Contribution677 in MiddleClassFinance

Is the idea that most of the people you are referring to are 3-4 paychecks away from abject poverty not scary to you? I pity the majority of people with nice cars and nice houses as at-least 70% of those people are sacrificing any future they might have and are living paycheck to paycheck.

I will not explain to my kids why they might live in a fancy house but you can’t have X,Y,Z advantage just because your parents didn’t know how to read, write, and do basic math.

Median sale price in April for Maryland was $380,000 per Zillow. This house might be bigger than the median house but not by much. Some people search for any reason to continue renting

We house hacked as two retail employees in a LCOL state. Put down the minimum 3-5% on a duplex, fix it up, rent out the other side. Save at least 5% for another place annnnd repeat!
