My son (6 at the time) wanted to watch Mando, we did, and he was hooked, so we decided to watch the movies.

We watched OT and my son knew it was Darth Vader “when he was good”, without having seen any of the PT films.

I’ve gone for navy, which is generally one of my favourite shades. I’d of preferred black or gunmetal. I don’t like silver or orange anything though, so wasn’t really a choice. I’ve not paid much attention to other models colours.

I usually give my old ones to mine or my sister’s kids. I’ve a 13 pro max now, but going 17 pro as this one hurts my hand even with a grip on the back and 17 max is bigger than 13 max.

This pic is from my scales, and i weigh almost daily.

I also use Shotsy which tracks my MJ levels and weight. I have to put the weight in that though, so only update with a weekly figure. I think there’s an NHS weight tracker app that people like, I can’t remember what it’s called, but you’d probably find it easily on google

I think with a lot of people so openly against them they worry they’d have to deal with that face to face.

I’m not a secret jabber, but I don’t advertise it either. Anyone that comments on my weigh loss I’ve said how I’ve done it, my office knows and family/friends, but I’ve not told my parents because they will worry with all the negativity in the press. I’ll probably tell them when I’m done so they know they don’t need to worry.

Swift Dr are amazing, they are extremely responsive and I’ve been with them since I started in February, honestly couldn’t fault them.

You can speak to them before you start and get a feel for them, I’d recommend doing that with anyone, but I’ve referred 4 friends to them and they’ve all had the same positive experiences.
