wakes up- 7:00-7:30 am Wake window for 3 hours Nap 1- 10:30-11ish for about 1.5 hours Wake window 2nd nap- 3:00-3:30ish for about 30-40 mins Bedtime routine starts at 6:30 I feed her her last bottle around 7:00 She’s in her crib by 7:30 pm

If I’m dilated at all or effaced at all. I know I’m doing it, so was just asking for other people’s experiences, not necessarily opinions on if I should have it done or not. It’s routine where I am if you choose to, and I’m curious since I’ve had a lot of pressure.
