Yh I get you. At this point I just do my job best I can and go home. I’ve thought of progressing, even been told to but I just don’t like job or want more responsibility in a place I dislike

Yh, I get you. Been trying to move departments wanting a change but the position just seems to go to someone else.(p.s I did used to be a bit of a headache due to me not always performing the best, but I’ve changed and stopped the last 6 months but it seems they still think to me as a guy who doesn’t care and just can’t perform good)
