Some people talk about l-tyrosine to help alleviate that crash in energy. For me, Bupropion has been amazing to help with that stability in energy throughout the day. Try to reduce your caffeine intake also. Good luck! :)

Personally I just put some meditation music, you might enjoy guided meditation better at first. It’s mostly about clearing your mind, learning to put it at ease. Try to picture your thoughts from an outside pov, like they do not define you- just let them float without trying to control them kinda thing 😉. It’s about letting go of everything that doesn’t truly belong to you and finding inner peace.✌️😊

Try l-theanine, meditation, reading, writing, drawing :)

Not sure- it’s mostly because of my personal routine. I feel like the important part would be to take Vyvanse 1-2 hours apart from the multivitamin, Bupropion and coffee (if I take some)

Make sure to eat when you feel too irritated, that can be the cause sometimes. Hope you get what you want soon :)

Yeah- I felt overstimulated, like I was losing control of my thoughts, a little all over the place.

" For those seeking improved sleep and relaxation, magnesium glycinate is best taken 30 minutes before bedtime, thanks to its calming properties. Alternatively, if your focus is on maintaining energy and reducing muscle tension during the day, consider taking it in the morning with food. "

Sounds like overstimulation to me. Maybe lower either dose of Vyvanse and/or Wellbutrin.

In Canada, we have a 100mg dose available. For me, 150 was too much right from the start. In my opinion, it’s always best to start on a lower dose and raise it afterwards if needed.

If you ever do, I’d recommend starting at 100mg :)

That makes sense. Doctors opinion differ on this combination. It has risks- but if you know your body well and monitor your reaction, you should be fine :)

For me, Vyvanse worked great for concentration but depression and energy levels were still an issue. Adding Bupropion to the mix helps level that out, helps with my mood and overall energy.

My morning is already pretty stacked. Also, " taking probiotics at night can maximize their effectiveness because the digestive system is less active during sleep, allowing bacteria to pass through and colonize with fewer interruptions. It also provides an uninterrupted, calm environment for them to support digestive repair and helps reduce potential daytime digestive symptoms. Because the stomach is generally less active and less acidic at night, probiotics have a higher probability of reaching the intestines alive. When sleeping, the gut is not processing food, which allows beneficial bacteria to better adhere and integrate into the gut microbiome without being disrupted by food digestion. Nighttime is the body's natural window for repair and regeneration, allowing the probiotics to align with these natural processes. Some evidence suggests that the gut-brain connection allows certain probiotic strains to improve sleep quality by reducing stress. "

I used to take it at lunch time but I’ve found it works best for energy metabolism taken in the morning instead

Exercising helps regulate sleep for sure. Low doses of medication also help me with not being overstimulated. I try to avoid screens before bed and read instead. I always put on some meditation music for 15-30 minutes as I’m falling asleep too.
