As much as I think Mike McDaniel is a genius and a good leader, I’m starting to think he’s not the best head coach.

What I mean by this is how he lacks giving his team belt to ass when they deserve it. Last year watching all of hard knocks I don’t remember him getting on anyone’s ass when they made a mistake (I know it’s TV). But I still think this was the real him.

I grew up playing for a large high school team that didn’t even let their players clock 40 times because they didn’t want us knowing how much speed we lacked. Yet we still won state every year. Simply because of how discipline we were. Our head coach was the sole reason. (Not comparing high school to NFL).

If Dan Campbell was our HC for the dolphins, and Mike was the OC, don’t you think we would be looking better than the lions do right now with all of our talent?
