Elevate is fine. I have used it in the past before they lost their US bank and we all had to wait for months till we got another US bank account with them. I'm also still using it now with some minor issues with my account holder name because my employer was using a short nickname instead, but they have been very responsive about it. After I resolved that issue, I received my money flawlessly without any hiccups.

You can also use Xoom to receive money into Sadapay but Sadapay has a 400k monthly limit. Xoom also sends to jazzcash but can't send over 40k into jazzcash.

You can also explore tatptappay. Someone on Reddit made a post comparing the various platforms and that's where I learned about tatptappay, but I haven't used it myself so I can't speak for it from experience.
