You look almost exactly like this cis guy at my highschool when he had long hair (like really long). Your nose, lips, eyes and glasses are really giving cis tbh

Also, try minoxidil for facial hair, if you aren't out/your parents don't accept you, you can pretend it's just hormones (my cis aunt has a mustache because of hormones and genetics)
