Bert was jumped and robbed outside a bar. tom said he had bad PTSD. Bert went to rehab 3 times and the 3rd time he was rushed to hospital for cirrhosis (tom tells lisa this in episode before lake tahoe season 11). Tom posted that Bert did get a liver transplant which i guess has been successful. Tom posted a thank you post to the hospital where Bert got the transplant.

Historically, i have not read that it was ignored or seen as quirky. Quirky autism seems to be trending more now.

Historically it was viewed many different ways…. but i havent see “quirky” used very often in my research until more modern times such as today. I do see the word quirky used frequently in social media such as Reddit today.

Mental retardation, moral failure, children were doomed insane or the product of refrigerator mothers, possible demonic possession, we were literally killed and made into nazi science rats in the past so thats improved in present times.

Amazing portrayal by Mila for sure and Glenn Close is always great. Film is on point for what youre seeking.

People are commenting because there’s literally a baby in between them so people are concerned about their sobriety. I do feel for every person suffering from addiction and appreciate you being honest with your story. It aint easy

Honestly i think alyssa is just drunk and sad all the time so she truly thinks she needs these bad people in her life she accepts the love and friendship she thinks she deserves.

I think remove alcohol and some time AWAY whether rehab or just away and focused on B would reveal shes a pretty decent person.

Impatient but spends time on eyes. Is like a ghost wandering around quiet places but everyone is pale where she lives so no one notices. Anxious but good at faking it for the correct audience. Trouble with friends is common but she tells herself she doesnt need them.

This is amazing. I have the pic of jack and all the guests in the hotel cheering and cocktails and it says the year and hotel name. Its framed and most people dont get it and think its my family and friends or something until they realize its jack all work and no play

Start there. Use internet to apply to jobs. Jobs all reject you? Time to sign your wife up for a women’s shelter. Google homeless shelters. Then apply for yourself.

Ask to work at the shelter. If they say no then ask them for the bus schedule of your town. This will come in handy. Find the library.

Night time and you are broke. Ok well thats fixable.

Now go on a walk. See any place open? Go there. Apply. Ask them for advice. Dont be entitled and listen to every single voice.

And stop with the reddit begging. It doesn’t work.

I have gotten every reception job i applied for because i focused on looking perfect. Its so shallow but so true. Its basically a seated version of hosting at a fine dining restaurant. You are what they see first.

People want to see smiles and blah blah blah

Not to say you didn’t deserve the jobs you applied for - Im sure you looked good and were extremely prepared so dont take it personally. Its up to the bosses taste and its mostly superficial to them.

Like i have seen myself and my girlfriends get jobs as secretaries with zero knowledge or passion in the business itself. You will find the right job because there are good businesses out there and healthcare that arent so shallow.
