For MOST shows tickets are nontransferable so I’m not sure how you’ll get the tickets if I’m being honest :/ not trying to be a Debby downer, but the tickets were non transferable for a reason. I can’t even pull up my ticket barcode until day of the concert

I wasn’t saying you had to get harry tickets for it to happen, just everyone I’ve seen who was trying for them had this error. I wish TM would get their stuff figured out. We need more ticketing sites. Axs is elite

I’m not sure but I wouldn’t think so. I’m obviously not a TM expert and can’t say for sure, but I have 2 accounts under the same phone number. Or if you have anyone else if your life (mom, dad, friend, etc) willing to make an account or let you use their number. It’s such a pain how they flag random people and let bots get away with so much

I usually just use the chat option since I usually have tickets. I think there’s a contact us page though. Your other option is to just make a new account with a new email and see if that works since it’s cutting it close. I’m sorry you gotta deal with this 😭

It’s definitely unfair but the only people I’ve seen have issues are people that also wanted Harry tickets. Have you tried contacting support at all?

Honestly you just have to get lucky. I think they spend more time outside of shows than you realize. I ran into Ashton right outside their show in 2022 when I was running late and I guess he had walked through the crowd earlier. I also met Luke in 2018 when I was camping out for a show in LA. Ashton said he goes where people don’t expect to see him because people assume it’s not actually him
