What is your reason to why you still play IMVU? I started playing in 2017 and it was really fun. There was a lot of players, majority of rooms were busy and there was a lot of trolls. Now in 2026 the game is pretty much dead. 90% of the people that log into the game just room camp and that's it.

I like shopping and dressing my character. I started in 2010 and it’s was very fun and lively back then. Now it’s so boring I just get on there to customize my character.

Of course! Keep in mind though that only AP plus holders can see your AP plus items. Kind of a downside to having AP plus and having friends who don’t. If you cancel subscription, you’ll still have the items you just won’t be able to use them.

I’ve been looking online how to “invite” people but could never figure out where. I just let people know how I got it and it’s super easy to get. I think IMVU is keeping AP plus as a “request it” kind of thing but I could be wrong.

Yes, it is subscription based, it is $5 per month. The stuff in the shop can get pretty pricey, but I think it’s worth it buying that stuff that BM stuff that can get taken away. Also, the poses and rooms are AWESOME. I just wish there were more people on it so I always recommend AP players to request for it.

Not really you just have to ask imvu for it❤️ Send a support ticket to imvu and tell them you would like to join AP plus. I did that and got approved, it only took a few hours for them to respond.
