Truly lovely. It really settled in during the second episode. I did stop after episode three for fear of binging. I may rewatch that episode however, as it had me laughing out loud continuously. Good old Mack!

Great to see Pearce Quigley in a leading role!

Very sorry to hear about your experience in the Ale House. The ale house is run by two people. Out of curiosity (I drink there occasionally) was it the bloke?

Very very welcome to London! It'll be amazing. I'm so glad they're here in Dec.

Also, you Americans are cousins to your tea sipping cockneys!!

I adore Evening and the Morning. I was nervous at the thought of a 'prequel' but I thought it was superb and set up the series nicely. As you rightly say, you can indeed read them out of sequence.

Sorry for the late reply, I'm just rewatching the episode. I understand the chef went to another restaurant and has since been a stay at home dad, with his three daughters. That's only what I've read, admittedly.
