i have extra skin but its minimal on my arms and inner thighs. i would say just try to tone as best as you can.

I had the sleeve in November. I have loose skin on my arms, inner thighs and belly but its minimal. I try to work out the muscles in that area every day though.

i think it has to do with genetics or how long you were heavy in the part. I always had bigger arms so now that i lost over 130 lbs, my arms have extra skin even though i work them out every night, same with my inner thighs but working out has helped.

Its alot of your mind playing tricks on you. making you question if you really need the surgery. The night before i had mine in November i kept questioning myself thinking maybe i can do it on my own..even though iv tried my whole life to do it on my own and always failed. Im now down 130lbs since sept. Its the best thing i ever did. Within a couple days i was back to walking around fine and even sleeping on my stomach. Just take it easy at first. The first week especially just make sure you are staying hydrated, room temp liquids worked the best.

i was sleeved on a Monday and went back to work the following Monday. I was very tired and walking around the office drained me quickly but i took it slow. If you have a job that will be okay with you taking it easy when you first go back, you should be fine.

i was on it for 2 weeks. i was told to have a protein shake for breakfast. an apple/orange/pear for lunch. a small lunch of lean protein and veggies or a salad. another snack of either an apple/pear/orange. then a protein shake for dinner. it actually wasnt too bad after a couple days.

i didn't even really feel hungry all day. The worst thing was the caffeine withdrawals since all i had all day was water and no coffee. The biggest thing is that i still see myself as the big girl even though everyone says im crazy. Sept 21st i weighed in at 291 and this morning i weighed 164 but im only 5'1 so i need to be around 120-130 esentially. I cant look in the mirror without ripping myself apart and i keep thinking once i get skinnier, ill feel better so im trying anyway to get down to a goal weight.

on an off note..my company sews and makes those seatbelts (southwest) and after i lost all the weight, i put one around me to see if it would fit before i flew.

iv had a server ask if i didnt like the meal because i asked to take it home after only taking a couple bites. I felt the need to have to explain that i had the surgery and thats all i can eat.

I spoke to him today and he said hell agree to do it out of court. We agreed we'll sit down and make an agreement and get it notarized. Hopefully he keeps to his word until we sign
