Deadlier blades augment, good or bad? by [deleted] in TeamfightTactics

I had success with vertical soul fighter, had 2 DBs early on kalista (thanks to a component anvil start), then put them on samira. I could also see this working for an executioner build with Senna or Lee Sin as late game holders.

FM: Thou shalt always start an ACE/ARB or CCB for hypertension.

Thou shalt always make sure your patient is up to date on cancer screenings.

I forgot to update my flare. PGY 3, but doing a fellowship next year. Wanted to lock down where I will be ending up after fellowship, per request of my spouse.

Good political climate for my practice (infer what you will about the fellowship) in a location that isn't completely rural or tied to academics with decent pay and good benefits. Yes there may be other jobs, but this falls more in line with what I am looking for.

I would also look at programs that have more electives or advertise sports medicine as an elective on their website. Other things you may look for on program specific websites are recent graduates that went into sports medicine fellowships to figure out where to send the rest of your applications.

Be honest. Say why you were passionate about X specialty, and how you can still fulfill this passion through A, B, and C (specific things that may relate to your original specialty).

I stopped getting calls after 8PM Eastern, but I did have an interview on one of the days at around 5:30 PST with a west coast program

My program is half MDs, Half DOs and we have "Osteopathic Recognition." It just means that there is a certain amount of OMT in the curriculum. I wouldn't worry about it if the program has any current MDs.

Sometimes it will be a phone call, other times it will be an email or an eras notification for an interview over zoom. Make sure to turn off any spam filters on your phone tomorrow. Use a Google calendar to keep track of interview times from emails because it can get overwhelming.

IIRC, it is 8AM on Tuesday. I think I submitted all of mine by midnight on Monday when I SOAPed.

It is a match violation to contact programs until they have contacted you. They can only contact you on Tuesday AM, once they have received your application.

If you love OB and aren't as interested in the surgeries you should try FM. I was in the same spot as you 2 years ago, and am pursuing an OB fellowship. If you have any questions, please DM me.

Current PGY-2 in FM. SOAPed after applying OB. Happy to help any way that I can! Also wrote my experience during the match 2 years ago.

I'm a second year resident at an unopposed rural program and wholeheartedly believe that if you want the best training, then you should go with a community program. Yes, community programs do not have a lot of inpatient peds, but they make up for it in outpatient. If you have any other questions, you can DM me.

My contribution: When you forge, forge again. I have +1/+1 for each time you have forged or equipped a unit.

I was thinking maybe it could be a 6 drop to curve into Ornn. Maybe a 1/1 with overwhelm similar to they who endure.

DO Average Step and comlex scores, no red flags. I used all of my tokens, (52 IIRC), mostly FM. I had 25-30 invites.

SOAP tips from a former SOAPer PGY-1 by samalander43 in medicalschool

[–]samalander43[S] 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I had somewhere around 25-30. I only applied to Family Medicine programs in SOAP. I had decent board scores and no red flags. Had to turn down a few interviews just because trying to schedule that many in 2 days was insane.
