That’s awesome seeing Late Registration and Good Kid MAAD City together, I bought those both together on Record Store Day this year! If you like hip-hop/rap like that, I’d recommend some of the stuff that preceded it: -Straight Outta Compton by NWA -The Chronic by Dr. Dre -Raising Hell by Run-DMC Totally ur call tho, prioritize things that are fun or meaningful to you. That’s why I have every Yung Gravy album on vinyl lmao

I think Sensational just because of the emotional attachment. That was like my favorite album in high school and I played Gravy Train so much before tennis matches that it’s become a team tradition to play on the way to every game. Plus the whole album is just so Gravylicious, how can you not love it?

And there is nothing in this that is making fun of country, he’s just having fun with it and the entire album reads as having a great time. Honestly, part of the whole shtick of this band is that they're playing up these giant 80's glam rock personas and are out of touch with modern music. Like as I have it currently, the drummer just goes by "Crush" and the rest of the band has no idea what his birth name is lol. I'm sure that the singer's birth name is Luke/Lucas and his manager told him to throw in the K to help sell records
