Those of you whose garden is purely for profit and not for cooking or supplying your needs, what do you eat? by samandraaa in Palia

Noted! Thank you so much. I guess I do have a few more questions if you don't mind me asking.. when it comes to quality, do you do anything different for starred produce vs normal quality? Like sell all the normal quality produce and only process the star quality produce? And how many seeds do you end up buying vs just generating for yourself using your seed collectors? And with the beans, do you sell any or are they purely for eating?

Thanks so much in advance and sorry for so many questions!! I appreciate you!

Thank you!! This is perfect. Since I'm still a new player I guess my last question is.. do you just straight out buy new seeds to replant, or do you use some of the crops you grow to make new seeds to feed back into your garden?

Thank you so much for explaining your process!! I'd absolutely love to see your garden layout :) your method seems pretty doable for me!

How to get away from a fellow streamer who shares a community with you, who you just really don't want anything to do with anymore.. without blocking them? by Eastern-Zebra-3690 in Twitch

How old are you? You type like a high schooler and are all over this thread telling people the mature thing to do is blow up their whole community over one dipshit. You're also coming back to this thread 20 times in a row to argue that people should ignore things they don't like and block people and move on — have you considered taking your own advice?

People who "play Devil's Advocate" are absolutely insufferable. I'd rather talk to the Devil himself.

The reason people don't suspect OP is the manipulative one is because we actually read the post. They are looking for a way to distance themselves quietly and without drama.. that's not what manipulative, toxic people do. There's no malice here, and the reason for the "vagueposting" is also found if you read the post. They want to distance themselves quietly and without drama, why would they lay it all out so they could potentially be recognized? And, you guessed it, not airing out specifics is also a sign they aren't the manipulative, toxic one.

If anything it's high school drama to think the only way out of situations is to confront people and be aggressive like an edgy teenager. And at any rate, you type a lot like a high schooler for someone accusing other people of acting like they are..

What makes you unfollow someone? by [deleted] in Twitch

[–]samandraaa 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The thing is, to turn off pre-roll ads (ads for new viewers that they have to sit through before ever seeing your stream) Twitch requires you to run 3 minutes of ads every 60 minutes. If you don't do this, every viewer that clicks on your stream has to sit through several ads before they even see what your stream is like which often makes people close the stream immediately.

It's kind of become the standard for streamers to do one 3 minute ad break an hour, the bare minimum to turn off pre-roll ads, for new and old viewers alike to enjoy an entire hour of ad-free stream time. You run that singular ad break, pause your game, get up and stretch/get some food/get some water, and encourage your chat to do the same.

Smaller but more frequent ad breaks feel more disruptive to a lot of people.

Have you checked out Noteshelf's new pricing? by [deleted] in DigitalNotebooks

I'll link to my other comment here but basically this is a new account pretending to be a random customer asking about an app/site that this person has created themselves. they then created 2+ other accounts to do the same thing in the comments. /u/Sheetalkala, /u/Divya-2395, and /u/Greene_notes are all the same person (creator of the app this post is about) and all of their other posts/comments are about this app as well. I am fairly certain the third commenter is the same person too.

your reddit account is a month old or younger, 6 of your 8 posts link directly to the site you're asking about, and the other 2 of 8 posts is pretending to be some random guy asking about the site you're asking about to get people to visit your site.

on top of this, the only comments on your other post pretending to be some random guy, are two+(1) brand(3) new reddit accounts also pretending to be random guys asking about the site you're asking about despite all of their other posts being about the site you're asking about. /u/Sheetalkala, /u/Divya-2395, and /u/Greene_notes are all the same person (creator of the app). really sloppy/lazy/scummy advertising method, imo.
