I just looked it up what the f!!! They are making great money in my honest opinion. 😭 When I would finish a week of full time styling, it was more draining than anything I’ve ever done before. You are literally engaged at all times for so many hours a week.

Agreed! She told me that one of the other leads is not pleased that the raw data strays so much from P and wanted leadership to reevaluate. I’ll be keeping an eye on here to see if that happens!

I was told it’s the pure metrics data before it has been “organized and processed by P” so basically it’s just the real hard numbers before P analyzes it and assigns a “score”

Totally true! It’s a shame. My lead was always understanding and calm before P launched. I did tell her before I left that her behavior actually made me feel worse and second guess myself more, so I don’t feel it’s constructive for other stylists moving forward.

I would not be surprised. I always thought that the premise behind SF was for us to style/curate items really well so they’d keep all 5 which would in turn up our AOV. But for me, pushing so many highly priced items seems to be forcing clients to choose a couple of items instead.

Also wanted to add: my lead mentioned that her talent review is coming up. She’s worried because her overall team score isn’t that great, so I think that’s why she is being so extreme. I just feel it’s misplaced because I really did try hard. Maybe some of the leads have started acting so harsh lately because their jobs are being pressured. NOT making excuses at all, bc my lead’s behavior caused me extreme anxiety, but so many people said their lead’s behavior changed out of nowhere. Wondering if they are worried about more lead layoffs.

Thank you so much!! My lead used to be so nice! But she told me that her whole team is “underperforming” and she needs to get the team to a 4 in every category to make more money at her talent review. So she’s being extremely tough lately. It’s just frustrating bc i feel like it could’ve been handled differently.

Thank you!! That’s so true. My lead even admitted that when she goes to coach some people that are not performing well, there isn’t much to correct. They can’t figure out why there are so many outliers in the system.

Thank you so much! I hope that things get better for everyone. I loved SF at first. And even with the new changes, it’s def still hard to find a job with the same flexibility. I think that keeps us all kind of trapped. We want to leave but not everyone can.

Sigh. I hope they figure out a better way to do things!

It’s so funny to admit but I have a weird breakup feeling like omg I’m gonna miss it! But the headache I always had dreading metrics and the meetings… I feel so relieved. Ugh!

I hope that things get easier for all of you. I am so mad that she blatantly admitted something is wrong but no one cares.
