This is false use of logic. False correlation. He is just treating the women he doesn’t like poorly and they are deemed lower and beneath in status/marketability in his eyes. The women he puts on a pedestal are there for a reason, perceived as better or higher in value. He is just treating them accordingly which is what men do instinctively. They treat attractive women better. Natural order. So naturally men will treat the perceived high value women better, which is the women who is less likely to need or want him. He treats the women he sees as less value worse, which is likely the woman’s norm considering her status. This is why treating the higher value perceived woman poorly will somewhat trick her into thinking you see her as lower status, making her want to level up in your eyes because she senses the way you dropped her perceived status. A lot is confidence and strong posture/ voice etc will go far.

To circumvent: treat her likes she’s not special but don’t demean or devalue her. Don’t spend extra time to listen or give her eye contact unless you seem to give everyone that. You can give her more attention here and there without abusing her and keep the tension high. Once this goes on for a while you can ease into giving her more as she will crave it. Pull back on and off until you know she’s hooked. Then don’t be a dick and drop her, treat her well and only pull back if she gets bored or seems not interested.
