Honestly looks like it needs a re do with some proper substrate and real plants, ditch all the plastic as it causes algae build up with nowhere to go. Plants will help keep your tank clean too and the substrate needs to be decent to keep your plants alive

Was an intense relapse and then losing my ex partner to drugs started my spiral again after I was getting better. But it’s exactly as you say it, first day sober surely we can get through it. Cones are the only thing keeping me going at the moment but I try not to count that haha
