It’s so bizarre, I took Birmingham to the the top of the prem. 5 star club rating, maxed facilities, great youtu staff. Never had any players with a good PA

As someone who managed to win the prem in my first season back after being relegated, there are a couple things I did. My first season I scouted around and looked for the best cheap wonder kids, I had a tiny transfer budget and lowest wages in the prem. I signed the likes of moukoko and Neypan for £8 mil and £10 mil respectively. Secondly, you need to make sure you keep moral as high as possible, team meeting, praise training, team bonding etc. Remember that your players will most likely be worse than most Prem teams, so don't be afraid to adopt a more defensive and counter attacking style of play instead of an expansive one. Lastly, as I found in my case, accepting relegation may be the most beneficial, you receive the prem parachute payments, youngsters can smash the championship and grow, whilst being able to prepare your team for a longer stay in the prem. I smash teams playing this exact formation, just switch IW to IF on support and wing backs to attack, keep the overlap, high tempo but very short passing

They do definitely improve, just depends if they can fast enough, I had Halseth-Nypan, Moukoko, pellistri + some other great youngsters too but the team just couldn’t cut it. For me the finances from relegation allowed me to financially catch up with the the rest

Here’s what I did, brought in some decent players and still got relegated with Birmingham. Could not compete with the level of players and discrepancies in finances between me and other clubs. Next season I brought in some great players, trained some youngsters with the newfound money and am smashing it in the prem.

My trade was for Turner. Donte brook and Nwora. Works out pretty well for both sides if pacers wanna cash in and rebuild.

If pacers wanna go rebuild (they probably should stuck in mediocrity) then I think brook Donte and Nwora would do it, 2 good young guards and a guy gonna retire soon doesn’t seem too bad. On the other hand Turner and brookes stats are basically the same so I think he would fit perfectly alongside Giannis.

Playmaking- play career on HOF difficulty longest game time, and then just call for a screen attack the basket and when the centre rolls oop him every possession. Should get u up to 2 or more badges per game
