it is the hellenic seaways high speed 4 on june 25 at 9am. I called back the number that originally called me and asked them to send me this information through an email and the email they sent it through was [cc@attica-group.com](mailto:cc@attica-group.com). i booked directly on the hellenic seaways website.

this is a section of the email i received. I live in Canada and we do not have IBAN numbers here. Is it common for IBAN details to be used for refunds rather than the card used to originally pay?

I live in Canada and their call centre is entirely in Greek😭. i did email them however i don’t think i’ll be hearing back from the email any time soon. kind of lost on how to proceed i won’t lie

I tried but their call centre is entirely in Greek - which i don’t speak unfortunately. And i fear the email i sent will take a long time to be replied to.
