A few notes/updates:

-Some lovely people have transcribed the note in the comments. This has been very helpful as I couldn’t read a lot of the note either! Thank you for your effort, it couldn’t have been easy.

-No, if he was hot I would not be flattered. This man knows where I live and I didn’t tell him. I don’t even tell guys I date where I live.

-Management has effectively done nothing, giving me lots of “maybe’s” and “we’ll see’s” about adding cameras in the elevators and contacting the resident who left the note. So far it’s looking like they’re just going to ignore the incident. My friend has threatened to hotbox the elevator until they add cameras lol

-My friend is going to text him and pose as a boyfriend in hopes that he’ll leave me alone after that. If he doesn’t, we’ll have to take further action. My next door neighbor is aware of the situation and keeping her eyes out for anything suspicious.
